Mr. Pérez received his bachelor's degree in 1991 and his law degree in 1994, both from the University of Illinois in Champagin-Urbana. Mr. Pérez has extensive trial experience in traffic, criminal, and civil matters. He has presented a variety of legal seminars for laypersons, law students, realtors and fellow attorneys.
